Successful candidate will play a key role in providing analytical support in the Hotel Investment Department.

He/she will assist in maximizing the performance and value of The Erawan Group’s portfolio.

Responsibilities: :-

Monitor performance indicators, highlight trend, and analyze causes of variance in hotel financial performance
Monitor capital expenditure to ensure proper maintenance of hotel properties
Maintain properties file to ensure all documentations such as agreement and related permits are completely done to ensure the smooth operation
Conduct market survey and data acquisition to analyze and report on hotel industry demand/supply
Review and analyze annual hotel budget and monthly rolling forecast
Other ad-hoc assignment

Qualification :-

Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate
Strong analytical skill and excellent command of English
Ability to work independently and provide recommendation to a team
Proficient skill in MS-Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
Proven ability to manage complex data requirement
Willing to travel occasionally
Age 25 – 30 years old. Thai nationality only
